Chapter I - Logging in

Step 1: Logging in

Enter the username (upper field) and password (lower field) assigned to you by NFA and click the LOGIN.

Should you wish to change the language of the Login screen select the appropriate language abbreviation EN or KA. In case you have forgotten your password press the PASSWORD RECOVERY button.

Step 2: Password recovery

Enter your username and press the PASSWORD RECOVERY button.

An activation email will be sent to the email registered in your user profile. Check your email and follow the on screen instructions.

Chapter II – Statistical reports

Step 1: Access to statistical reports

“Animal count” provides specialized report on count of animals on village, municipal or regional level.

Step 2: Statistical reports

There are several statistical reports provided in the system.

In order to get the report, we should select the appropriate parameters in the fields.

The picture shows two fields where we can choose parameters of the animal and its geographical area.

Once you have set the parameters for reporting the reports can be exported and saved as Excel files on your computer.

After specifying the parameters, click on the "Download in XLS format" button.

Review the downloaded excel report saved at your selected location.

Chapter III – Affected area

This report lists the areas with the assigned Epidemiological risk per disease.

Chapter IV – Holding and animal information

In order to view the information about user’s holding and animal, click on the “Search” button.

Clicking on the “Search” button will open several fields:

  • Person ID NO*
  • Recipient email*
  • Attachment
  • Please enter the 11-digit personal number of the individual in the “Person ID NO*” field. In case of a legal entity, first check the legal entity button, and then enter the 9-digit identification number in the “Person ID NO*” field.
  • You can’t fill in the “Recipient email”, because the system has a fixed email address to which the uploaded documents will be sent.
  • By clicking the “choose file” in the “attachment” field, you will upload the user’s consent to access the personal information.  

After filling in the search fields, please click on the “search” button.

Step 3: Holding certificate

Mark the holding you would like to have information on, and click on the “Holding certificate” button.

In the case of our example, only 1 holding is registered on an individual.

Step 4: Holding certificate

Holding certificate includes information about the holding, the responsible person/keeper, the number of registered animals and their tags.

Chapter V – Information about registered animals in the holding

Step 1: Animals per holding

In order to see the list of animals registered in the holding, first of all, mark the appropriate holding and then press the button “Animals per holding”.

To view the detailed information about animal, first, mark the animal and click the “Animal record” button.

You can find detailed information about animal in the “Animal record” report.
