CHAPTER 1 – General Reports - I>
Step 1: Accessing the reports
Click on the REPORTS button in the right section of the main screen. | |
Step 2: Access the general reports
Click on the GENERAL REPORTS button.The general reports are specific reports designed to illustrate on national level the selected status for various NAITS stakeholders. Keep in mind that there is a limit of up to 5,000 records that can be displayed in a PDF report. If too many items have the reported status, it is possible that the reporting will be affected both in terms of speed and in terms of cut-off time from the servers. | |

CHAPTER 2 – Blank reports
Step 1: Access blank reports
Click on the BLANK REPORTS button. The blank reports are specific forms used by NFA for recording data which is inputted in the NAITS and should be used by the NAITS stakeholders. | |

CHAPTER 3 – Village specific reports
Step 1: Access to Village specific reports
The village specific reports are developed on the level of a village and require, that before the access to the panel, the relevant village is selected. Once the village has been selected press the Display reports for selected village button. | |
Step 2: Time period
The Village Specific Reports provide insight into a preselected timeframe and allow you to select the reporting timeframe. Keep in mind that there is a limit of up to 5,000 records that can be displayed in a PDF report. If the time range is too long and too many items have to be reported, it is possible that the reporting will be affected, both in terms of speed and in terms of cut-off time from the Servers. | |
Step 3: Status Update Form
The status Update Form per Village prints a prefilled SUF form for the selected period and village. It is commonly used to update the holdings during visits as part of Animal Health Campaign. In order to appropriately label the SUF, you have to select the Campaign title before printing the form, sourcing it from the list of active campaigns. | |
Step 4: Status Update Form contents
The Status Update Form lists in alphabetical order all of the Holdings registered in the selected village during the selected period. Please note that the Order number of each holding also repeats on the dedicated page for each holding and allows you to easily shift to the clearly numbered page on which the folding is located. | |
Step 5: Status Update Form list
The holdings are displayed with all the relevant data already pre-filled and printed. This allows easy checks of its validity as well as cross reference to the number of actual animals, compared to the number of animals registered in the NAITS database. Please note that the holding ORDER number is clearly displayed in the right upper corner of the Holding page. | |
Step 6: Holding order in the NAITS
Please note that the holding ORDER in the contents of the Status Update Form is also replicated in on village once you access the individual HOLDING. You can move to the NEXT or PREVIOUS holding in the list using the small LEFT and RIGHT arrow buttons shown on the screen. | |

CHAPTER 4 – Invoices
Step 1: Access to invoices
To access the invoices reports, select the Generate invoice button Invoices are specific reports which allow tracking of the temporal and spatial selected activities in the system. The invoices display the results of a selected range of completed actions in the NAITS connected to holdings and animals, and are used to track the activity and results of field veterinarians during animal Health Campaigns. | |

Keep in mind that there is a limit of up to 5,000 records that can be displayed in a PDF report. If the time range or location is too large and too many items have to be reported, it is possible that the reporting will be affected both in terms of speed and in terms of cut-off time from the Servers. | |
Step 3: USER SPECIFIC invoice
It is recommended not to print reports for periods not exceeding one calendar month on less than municipality level. If the report does not return report, reduce the spatial and temporal scope and try again. | |
Step 4: Invoice report
The invoice report is a summary reports which summarizes the same types of actions per location and per date and can be used to quickly assess the total number of actions registered in the system. | |
Step 5: Detailed Invoice report
The Detailed invoice report lists the same data as the summary invoice, however each action is provided as a separate row, and allows detailed review of each action reported. | |
Step 6: USER-NON-SPECIFIC Invoice
The USER-NON-SPECIFIC invoices function in the same way as the USER SPECIFIC invoices, with the following differences:

CHAPTER 5 – Statistical reports
Step 1: Access to statistical reports
To access the statistical reports, select the Generate statistical reports button. The Statistical reports provide specialized reports on various statuses on village, municipal. regional or national level. | |
Step 2: Statistical reports
There are several statistical reports provided in the system. Most of the reports when clicked provide a secondary selection fields, where you can specify locations, dates or animal health campaigns. Once you have set the parameters for reporting the reports can be exported and saved as Excel files on your computer. | |
Step 3: Excel report Review the downloaded excel report saved at your selected location. |
