CHAPTER 1 – General Reports

Step 1: Accessing the reports

Click on the REPORTS button in the right section of the main screen.

Step 2: Access the general reports

Click on the GENERAL REPORTS button.The general reports are specific reports designed to illustrate on national level the selected status for various NAITS stakeholders.

Keep in mind that there is a limit of up to 5,000 records that can be displayed in a PDF report. If too many items have the reported status, it is possible that the reporting will be affected both in terms of speed and in terms of cut-off time from the servers.

Step 3: General reports

The system provides the following reports

  1. HOLDING GENRAL – is a report which illustrates all the Holdings in the country with no KEEPER assigned to them;
  2. AFFECTED AREAS -Report lists the areas with the assigned Epidemiological risk per disease;
  3. The REGISTERED RANGES report, lists all the Inventory number ranges registered in the NAITS



CHAPTER 2 – Blank reports

Step 1: Access blank reports

Click on the BLANK REPORTS button.

The blank reports are specific forms used by NFA for recording data which is inputted in the NAITS and should be used by the NAITS stakeholders.

Step 2: Blank reports

The system provides the following reports:

  1. ANIMAL REGISTRATION FORM (AFR) is the form used to register new animals. It is used for newly established holdings, as well as for temporary holdings where the SUF form is not applicable;
  2. HOLDING REGISTRATION FORM (HRF) is a form used for first time registration of a new holding and to collect all the relevant NAITS data;
  3. STATUS UPDATE FORM (SUF) is a form used for updating the status of a holding and provides possibility to record all of the holdings relevant data. It can be used as pre-filled, generated by the system, or as a blank;
  4. ANIMAL SAMPLE FORM (ASF) is used for registering of samples for laboratory analysis. The form can also be used as pre-printed or as a blank form.
