The general reports are specific reports designed to illustrate on national level the selected status for various NAITS stakeholders.
Keep in mind that there is a limit of up to 5 000 records that can be displayed in a Pdf report. If too many items have the reported status, it is possible that the reporting will be affected bot in terms of speed and in terms of cut-off time from the Servers.

# AFFECTED AREAS -Report lists the areas with the assigned Epidemiological risk per disease;
# The REGISTERED RANGES report, lists all the Inventory number ranges registered in the NAITS

CHAPTER 1 – General Reports


Step 1: Accessing the reports

Click on the REPORTS button in the right section of the main screen

Step 2: Access the general reports

Click on the general reports button.


The general reports are specific reports designed to illustrate on national level the selected status for various NAITS stakeholders. Keep in mind that there is a limit of up to 5 000 records that can be displayed in a Pdf report. If too many items have the reported status, it is possible that the reporting will be affected bot in terms of speed and in terms of cut-off time from the Servers.

Step 3: General reports

The system provides the following reports

  1. HOLDING GENRAL – is a report which illustrates all the Holdings in the country with no KEEPER assigned to them;
  2. AFFECTED AREAS -Report lists the areas with the assigned Epidemiological risk per disease;
  3. The REGISTERED RANGES report, lists all the Inventory number ranges registered in the NAITS
