Authorization

	Step 1: To log in, use your username and password issued by the national food agency.
	Step 2: You may choose to use a pin code for a simplified authorization (i.e. you will no longer need to input your username and password and will only have to type your pin code). the pin code consists of at least 4 digits. you may log out of the system and reset the pin code.
	Main Page
	Step 1: If the authorization is successful, you are taken to the main page from where you can perform a search using various criteria or elect to open the main menu to choose the appropriate function.
	Step 2: The Navigation Menu will display: ·        User’s full name ·        Language toggle switch (English / Georgian) ·        Animal search ·        Field vaccination ·        Activity logs ·        Offline mode ·        Settings . Logout
	Holding search using various criteria and detailed information
	Step 1: Clicking on the filter button on the first page will enable to search using the following criteria. Searching criteria: ·        Searching using the holding ID ·        Searching using the holding name ·        Searching using the personal ID number . Searching using Company ID number. Searching using the Geostat code. Searching using the location
	Step 2: The system will display the holdings meeting the criteria above. Clicking on each holding will open the holding page

	Updating holding info
	Step 1:

	Step 1: Search and select animal in the holding. Locate the ear tag of an animal registered to the holding in the list and select it. Animal search may be done using the filters (see Filters) If the displayed list does not contain the animal, type the ear tag number in the filter and add the plus button to register a new animal: Fill in the fields and press ‘Add’.
	Step 2: Note: in order to complete inventory of the holding, there cannot be any animals in the ‘Left’ filter
	Step 3: The inventory / vaccination functions are equipped with filters using various criteria Only those animals that match the selected criteria will be displayed on the screen By the ID number By sex By the species By status

	Field vaccination
	Step 1: You can use field vaccination to vaccinate any animal or animal group on the field within a given campaign. Use animal ear tag numbers to add animals to be vaccinated to the list and perform the standard vaccination action on the selected animals.
	Animal search
	Step 1: Select “Animal search” in the menu displayed after you press the menu button:
	Step 2: An animal can be searched using their ear tag number. After the animal has been found, you can: 1.     Display its vaccination card 2.     Change the ear tag 3.     Navigate to the animal’s holding (move to holding) 4 (---)
	Activity Log
	You can use the activity log to see the activities performed on registered / vaccinated animals and the date of activity You can also view the number of ear tags used within a range. Select ‘Activity log’ in the menu displayed after pressing the menu button. Selecting a date will display the activities for the day: list of vaccinated / registered animals with their respective holdings. By clicking the buttons you can add the range of ear tags. The range may be handled by clicking the buttons (in the given order) You can use download button  to download and share log data.
	Offline mode
	Offline mode can be used to download full information on specific locations (towns / villages). The mode is used when internet connection is not available. Download is possible when the device is connected to the internet! Choose ‘Offline mode’ displayed after clicking the menu button on the main page. After selecting and downloading the location(s) Inventory and vaccination activities can be registered. However, your access will be limited to the information from the downloaded locations. After the work has been completed, the updated information is uploaded to the system
	Replacing the animal ear tag
	Step 1: Pressing the animal for a prolonged time (in any animal list) will display the following menu: Choose ‘Change the ear tag’, type in the new ear tag number in the appropriate field, supply the reason for replacement and press the ‘Replace’ button.
	Settings
	Step 1: Used with an RFID reader. Makes it possible to cut the required number of characters from the read tag information.
	Step 2: When the cut function is activated in the settings, the application automatically converts characters at the moment of reading (cuts the necessary numbers) When the trimming function is activated under the setting, the following button appears: by using this button massive animal registration is possible
	During the vaccination checking of another vaccination status
	Step 1: During vaccination, it is possible to select another campaign and visually see  whether the animal has been vaccinated within the second selected campaign.
	Traders
	Step 1: Holding(s) After the user's authorization, the application automatically displays a list of holdings to which the user has access. By clicking on the desired holding, the user enters on holding page.

	In order to start an animal movement, select the desired animals from the active animals list and hit the movement button Search destination holding by: ·         Holding ID ·         Personal ID number ·         Approval number (in case of slaughterhouses) Select Departure, Arrival, and Disinfection dates Fill transporter information Select transport type: ·         Vehicle ·         Foot In the case of vehicles Transport license plate number is mandatory Select Movement reason: ·         Transhumance/Grazing ·         Change of holding/Sold ·         Slaughtering Temporary visit Click Start
	To transfer a registered animal to the holding, press the - button and type the number of the animal's ear tag in the search window, select the desired animal and press Add
	Completion/cancellation of movement of animals

	In the active animals section, clicking on an animal, it will bring up an additional menu.
	In the incoming animals section, clicking on an animal, it will bring up an additional menu.
	In the outgoing animals section, clicking on an animal, it will bring up an additional menu.

	By pressing the specified button, an additional menu appears where we can choose to complete the transfer or cancel the transfer.
