The workflow assistant is an internal NAITS messaging platform that functions in principle like a standard emailing system. In the main screen you can see the standard Search, Create new message, Inbox, Sent and Archived folders.

The search option allows you to search among all messages in the system using mentioning of a text variable in the various segments of the message.

Once you have found the message you were searching for, click on it to access it.
